UK Delivery options
UK orders for delivery to a UK address have two (2) delivery options – 24 hr delivery or standard delivery. Please see below for further information about UK delivery options.
We occasionally run offers on delivery costs where, for example, we will upgrade you to 24 hr delivery for the same cost as standard delivery. Please see "UK Delivery option 24 hr Delivery".
Delivery times depend on the delivery service selected and the types of goods ordered. We always aim to despatch all goods in stock as quickly as possible. The maximum UK delivery lead time for goods is 30 days unless specifically agreed with you.
Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit, a calling card will be left with the courier’s contact number to arrange re-delivery. Our courier’s will deliver until 9pm in most areas!
The couriers will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to re-charge the delivery cost for re-delivery.
UK Delivery option: 24 hr delivery
If you select our 24 hr delivery option, and your UK order is placed and accepted before 2pm Monday to Thursday, we aim to have your order delivered to your door the very next day provided the next day is not a UK bank or public holiday. If you place an order after 2pm on a Thursday, or on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday then we aim to have the goods delivered the following Tuesday.
If your order is over five (5) units we will endeavour to ship the whole order as requested, however larger orders may be delivered in seperate parcels (see "Split Delivery"). This may result in a delay in the despatch of your order. When despatched, your order will be sent on a next day delivery service.
24 hr delivery is not available for certain areas of the UK including the Highlands and the Channel Islands. For a full list of available postcodes please contact

If the delivery destination is located in an area where 24hr delivery is not available, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
UK Delivery option: Standard delivery
If you do not select the 24 hr delivery option you will receive your goods via standard delivery. We aim to have all accepted UK orders placed before 2pm despatched within three (3) working days, although this time may be extended if your order is placed close to a UK bank or public holiday.
Delivery of pre-order items
If you have ordered pre-order items with a launch date, we will then reserve your total order until the launch date. The total order will be despatch from us on or before the day of the launch.
Delivery of Personalised pre-order items
If you have ordered pre-order items with a launch date and requested for the item to be personalised, we will then reserve your total order until the launch date. Pre-Ordered Personalised Items are non-returnable (please note that this does not affect your statutory rights). We cannot guaranteed 24 hour delivery times on Personalised items, we will endeavor to get your order to you on time however due to the extended processing time this is not always possible. The total order will be despatched once the goods have been personalised.
Delivery of Personalised Goods

Split delivery
We may split delivery of your order into several parts based on stock availability. You will not be charged extra for this facility. Any additional consignments for delivery in the UK will be sent using the 24 hr delivery service to ensure they are with you as soon as possible. Please see "UK Delivery option: 24 hr Delivery".
Free delivery offers
Free delivery offers only apply to UK Mainland orders and are not available for certain areas of the UK, including the highlands and the Channel Islands. Free delivery offers are sent using Standard delivery service, please see "UK
Delivery option: Standard delivery". Free delivery offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount code.
If you are ordering from Outer UK Mainland our Customer Service Team will contact you before your order is confirmed to seek your acceptance of any delivery charges that will apply. You may accept the delivery charges or cancel your order at the time of being contacted by our Customer Service Team.

Overseas delivery
Overseas delivery is provided to you by Etail Services Limited. Click here to see Etail Services Limited’s delivery terms and conditions.
If you live overseas and don't want to incur the expense of overseas delivery you can also elect to have your goods delivered to a UK address or you can elect to collect the goods from our Head Office in Shirebrook. These options can be selected as part of the Checkout procedure.
